Folks, please share your secrets - how do you get to do 20000-30000 steps per day? I'm especially interested in tips from those who work full-time from home in front of the computer ๐ฅ๏ธ
So far my ideas are:
1) Go for a 6000-7000 steps walk/run in the morning before my work starts and repeat the same walk in the evening after work.
2) Walk in front of my computer while I work (my job allows that for 1-3 hours ever day). And maybe get a treadmill desk in the future?
3) Be active during my breaks - do the jumping jacks, etc, etc.
And still I get to maximum 15000 steps per day ๐ . What can I improve/optimise?
