I am not a muscle builder, my main goal is to slim. And when I tell you guys this is the PERFECT !! Slimming arm workout it is! Here a pic of my arms which used to look like a chicken wing LOL. this is what I do:
20 bicep curls
20 forward + reverse arm circles
15 overhead presses
10 floor tricep dips
2 minute plank
And 15 dumbbell curls.
I repeat this twice' and do it 4 days a week! :)
