For my ABS routine, I recently started a challenge that fires up every muscle. It consists of 5 exercises for a total of 200 repetitions. The exercises include:
Plank and Toe Lift
Elbow to Knee Tuck
Commando Plank
Side Plank with Hip Dip
I perform 20 repetitions for each exercise, followed by a short break. And then repeat every exercise for other 20 repetition each. Even though I’ve just started, I’m already seeing results! ๐๏ธโ๏ธ๐ช
