I like this tilted sit up machine at my gym. I do sets of long sit ups and sets of short stacatto sit ups. I also like the round targets that you can grab, lean back sideways and get a good ab/back stretch. It has a handle that you can grab if you need help getting up. My sit up count has increased since starting on this machine 4 months ago.
