If you want to work on your side glutes, I personally recommend this workout. 

 

The movement is called Fire Hydrants. 

 

This posture looks easy but you will feel the muscle working. ๐Ÿ˜†

 

I usually do 3sets/ 12-15reps each leg.

 

Before or after this one, you can do donkey kick and/or kick back.
