push ups are the best chest workouts that I know of. If you don't like doing floor ones you can use a piece of furniture or a wall . In order to get maximum value for your work make sure to keep your body while doing the push ups.
Eventually you might be able to clap between the push ups. You can eventually work up to having your feet elevated to make it harder. Good luck everyone.
