1 grab a dumbbell with both hands and position yourself on a flat surface
2 you should be at a 90 degree angle to the surface
3 hold the dumbbell in both hands, straighten your arms so that dumbbell is directly overhead
4 bend at shoulders only and keep arms straight
5 slowly lower the weight fown behind your head until dumbbell reaches height of the bench
6 raise dumbbell back to the starting position
