Standing chest fly

Standing chest flyStanding chest flythis is my favorite cause it really gets all your "pushing muscles" moving. You use two dumbbells I use 10 lb. Then you want to pull up shoulder high, release and alternative arms. This exercise works out your triceps as well as your chest. Doing it about 8 to 10 minutes during your work out with tighten and strengthen your chest in no time. Also a great workout after having a baby because unlike pushups it doesn't put too much strain on your lover parts.
