Chest workout -knee drive push up

Home training, knee  drive push up

  1. Lie face down with your hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
  2. Lower your upper body and perform push-up
  3. Raise your upper body and lift your left knee up to your right elbow 
  4. Do the same on the other side and repeat the movement. 
  5. Let's exercise to get a nice chest.
