Share Chest Exercise

I think the best chest exercise is "Cable crossover", it is effective and easy for chest development. Also, it can targets the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor 

 

For doing Cable crossover your position have to draw your arms cross your body toward your midline with your elbows loose and mostly straight. 

 

But when doing crossover you may  feels extra hard when you have your feet together, because the changes in your center of gravity.
