Baby Squats

Baby SquatsDoing squats with your baby is a great cardio workout. It really gets the blood pumping, also working on your glutes in the process. I'm always big on work outs I can do with my baby, and after having a baby. Me and my son always have a blast doing squats. I also do push ups on his belly! Really gets the heart going. I do about 25 squats (but with min in my arms not on my shoulders as pictured) then we finish up with 20 pushups raspberries.
