My Cardio workout routine

My Cardio workout routineThis is my Cardio workout routine. I've been doing it regularly for about 3 months now. I know your supposed to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, but in usually very busy. This ten minute workout really gets the heart pumping. I sometimes do it more then two times. Put on some music and get a good rhythm going.
