Alright, so it's not technically "at home" but I've always found the best cardio for me is walking. Ironic, given this is a steps app, that I'm encouraging walking. Or running, really.
I try to either walk or run for at least half an hour a day. Walking does tend to be easier to fit into my day because I don't need a shower after.
