Cardio Workout

One of the best cardio workouts that I love that requires no equipment is walking one mintute and then running one minute for as long as you want. The walking is your break from the running and it's a good way to build up your stamina and a great workout to keep you moving! Below I have attached a picture of the benefits of walking!
