Cardio Exercises at Home

I do this 2-3 times a week and I run 5K - 7K outside along the river 2-3 times a week as well.

I do weight lifting maybe twice a week in between and I take a break once a week doing some stretching.

I try to mix cardio and weight lifting half and half. It's been more than 20 years doing this and I always stay fit.  ๐Ÿ’ช
