My top workout tipss

Hi top everybody, today I Will share my workout tips.

 

1- Focus on you and only you: everybody IS diferent don't try or do whatever other people do.

 

2- Trust on you and the progress.

 

3- Start doing 2-3 days per week, if you start workingout all the days you will have the risk of getting so tired and left.

 

4- Enjoy the journed

 

5- Stay hidrstated and eat enough food!

 

6-Check always your tecnique
