Best at home cardio workout

 

I like this sequence of cardio exercises.   It has variety and it doesn't need any equipment.  If you don't have a jump rope your can just do air jump rope.   The plank, squats and punches have some weight building in them.   I like the variety, as I get bored easily.  It's easy to add an exercise that I might want to add and I can change up the reps depending on the day.
