1. Start in a standing position.
2. Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground.
3. Kick your feet back, landing in a plank position.
4. Perform a push-up, lowering your chest to the ground.
5. Push back up to the plank position.
6. Jump your feet back to the squat position.
7. Explosively jump into the air, reaching your arms overhead.
8. Land softly and immediately go into the next repetition.
It’s a great exercise for building strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
