My workout routine.

I start with 2 times low-impact cardiovascular exercise. And then full-body resistance training. I will work up to few times consisting of both weight training and cardiovascular exercise. At the start of the program, I can rest few times and this will not reduce that. Once you finish these five weeks. My plan is continuing this routine and keep working towards my goal.
