Cardio exercises at home - Workout tips #7

No equipment needed, I do the cardio exercise for 10 minutes with 5 steps, having low and high impacts, full routine for 2 rounds total. I prefer low impact. First, I walk in place swinging arms for 10 seconds breathing into the nose and out through the mouth. Second, I lift up my knees as high as I can, or high knees up to the chest. Third, I do side toe taps with arms swinging. Fourth, I do jumping jacks or tapping out to one side with the arms going up over head. Fifth, I do kicking the bud as much as I can with my heel throwing arms. So, I energize myself for the day.

    Here it is the image of walking in place with low impact option for 60 seconds each time for two full routine. Lifting feet doesn't have to be high. I can lift my feet a couple of inches.
