Importance of fluids ( water ) before and during workout.

 

WHO had advised to at least 1.5L to 2L

Per day to stay healthy.

 

Water and fluid consumption is very important part of daily life and workout

To stay your body hydrated, be able to reach your goal properly. 

 

Also now it is finally spring time and as the temperature goes up, more water / fluid is required for the body.

 

You need to take at least 500-600ml of liquid, 2-3 hours before the workout

 

While you are working out, prepare and consume more amount as you need them.

 

After finishing the workout, it is recommanded to take more ( there are no set rules but you shall drink water as much as your body requires)

 

As 70% of your muscles contains water, you shall drink more than the requirements at times but just do not force it. Drink them slowly for your body to be able to consume as much as it can take.

      For regular day use, i love to drink carbonated water ( have a sodastream at home) but for exercise purpose, i just drink regular water. - just my preference
