My picture shows various good exercises to do at home to improve your cardio! Although it says 10 reps, what I do is 20 reps explosively! I then wait 45 seconds and repeat the process.This can be done with any combination of the exercises.I do 3 sets each so 60 reps total and 3 different exercises each time I do it.I find this is kind of like HIIT but easily accessible to all.Good luck with all your fitness goals, friends!!๐ช๐ช
