Cardio at home

I initially had a really hard time doing cardio or working out at home. After forcing myself to get on my treadmill every morning I fell into a routine. Now I feel more energetic, happier and all over healthier. For anyone who struggles with cardio, I recommend taking baby steps. Eventually it'll become a habit and normal daily routine.Cardio at home

    I agree with the sentiment, I definitely feel much better when I've exercised and it is easier once it's a regular habit.
