Cardio exercises

I'm not a cardio lover...

But it might help losing weight

My routine is always stretching first

Then I do some mobility exercises 

And then I hit the treadmill for 10-20 minutes. 

I sometimes get bored so I try to watch some Netflix while walking fast

Other times I switch to steps, to enjoy different things. 

Even if I don't like cardio that much, I feel better after doing it, maybe cuz I sweat and my toxins are allowed to escape my body.

    Keep up the excellent work. It certainly does appear that you're doing something right. You're great body figure is what captures my eye.
