How can I go about setting up a good diet for myself? I want to eat healthy and exercise and feel better. I just didn't know where to start at.

Start with healthy diet,buy healthy stuff only.have portion meal.

I feel this. I know what to do but starting always seems overwhelming. Pick one meal a day you want to tweak to be healthier. Get in a habit of making healthier choices for that one meal and then add better snacks. Baby steps
