Indoor cycling provides a low-impact cardiovascular workout. It's ideal for those recovering from injuries or looking to build endurance and speed.
Start with a 10-minute warm-up and finish with a 3-minute cool down when using van exercise bike. Increase or decrease resistance as needed. Most exercise bikes use of the the three resistance system: air resistance / magnetic resistance / friction resistance.
