I don't really go to the gym. I use the peloton at home, walk the dog, walk at work and use weights. I walk multiple times a day. When using the peloton I take multiple different classes. I take the Cycle class, strength class and boxing. Strength class consists of weight training. Boxing reminds me of when I used to do Karate!! There are how to on how to set up the classes.
