Pull up bar workout tips #7Using the pull up bar in a gym can be a great way to workout your back shoulders, triceps, and biceps. Sometimes you can feel it in your abs. There are many variations of the pull up. You can do overhand, underhand, and wide grip. The most important thing when you do this exercise is make sure your chin goes over the bar. Also you have a to come completely down with straight arms after your chin goes over the bar. Also if you are not use to pull ups and you are a beginner you can use a band to put over the bar. You have to step away until the band has tension. You will be in a lunge stance with one knee on the ground and pull while keeping your back straight. You can do the same hand grips with the band.
