Treadmill

TreadmillThis is probably the most classic gym equipment in the gym. But I like it because it's good for building stamina and good for cardio day. I like to set this up as a warm up first with walking slow about 5 mph. After that I gradually increase the speed and do a longer period of running with that speed. My gym has lots of treadmills and I guess it's good to watch something while you are running so you can do that too. What is your favorite equipment in the gym?

    I guess you can add some slope too.  This will give you some extra challenges.  For me, weight lifting is my favourite
