I love confusing my muscles! I've learned many routines and sometimes if I forget, I combine some ideas cuz why not?! helps keep it fun and keep ur muscles confused! I as long as u target, make it up!guess i can't upload videos? so 1 vid I tried to find was me laying on the bench and not only using weight, but doing a lower crunch (again, I'm forgetting the names!). it made me balance, while working on my abs and arms
