Running on the public track in my Neighborhood

 

In my neighborhood, I go to the local track and run laps. I usually do this five times a week. My workouts are two times a week while regular running days are three times a week. Regular running days 3 to 6 miles. On days I do workouts, I do repeated sets that vary length. Stay healthy!
