  4. *Create a routine*: Develop a routine that includes the same days and times each week, making it a habit.
  5.  *Track progress*: Use a fitness tracker, journal, or mobile app to monitor your progress and stay motivated.

    All really good tips! I'd like to add one, if I may. Reward yourself. If you stick to your exercise plan all week, treat yourself to a manicure, either professional or DIY. Or maybe take a nice long bubble bath with your favorite soap. Or give yourself time to hangout with friends... Find something that motivates you.
