Daily habit

Daily habitI developed a neighborhood walking routine and stuck to it. I used a daily tracker in a bullet journal. After being consistent for so many days I reward myself. It's easy to motivate myself this way. I stick to easy things in the beginning like walking for so many telephone pole lengths and then jog one length. I alternate cardio and weights every day and change up my routine every 4 weeks or so.
