how I exercise in my neighborhood

The best way that I keep consistent in my exercising in my neighborhood is by including my kid & my dogs on walks. it's a lot easier to be consistent when other people or animals are holding you accountable. I think it's easier to remain consistent at anything when you're being held accountable even if it's by yourself, In many cases , I add my neighborhood runs / walks into my daily calendar & I stick to a specific time that I know I can definitely commit. this way, it's easier to make sure you don't make an excuse to not do it.
