Consistent Exercise in Neighbourhood

Running is an easy and efficient form of exercise.  I just form a small group of running buddies with neighbours.  We spend time outdoors once a week.  That habit can benefit of lowered blood pressure and cholesterol as well as get some fresh air.  We all enjoy very much!
