Usually when I run, I try to go pretty fast. I run until I'm exhausted, then walk a bit. When I'm ready, I run again. I repeat this until I decide I've gone far enough.
I decided to try slowing down a bit too sweet if I could run further before having to walk.
I managed to run a bit more than 6km weight stopping, and my average pace was still fairly close to what I would get with the faster run\walk I was used to.
