I do high bar squats with a 20 lb dumbbell. I want to increase my body strength so I can move stuff. I would like larger muscles by doing this. This will help me with my olympic training. I have several plates to add to my dumbbells. I want the dumbbell to rest on the upper trapezius muscle only.
