Does anyone have some good exercises for hips and glutes? My right side has been really sore lately and I'm not sure why.

You should see a physio or buy a massager or a roller

I often get really sore on my one hip. My son got me doing exercises where I use a roller and press it into where I've got the pain. It's really made a difference
