I've been trying to gain muscle in my arm, but I don't have any weights. Does anyone have advice of exercises using own body weight?

20.57 - push-ups and planks are two body weight exercises that work your arms.

Push ups are a great exercise.
Isometric exercises, where you essentially provide your own resistance are also great. For example, press your palms together, hard, for 10 seconds. Rest and repeat.
