Can you explain it someone who has no knowledge of diets?

Hi CashWalkers, 

I've been using this app for about a year now and just now exploring the "feed" section.

I don't keep up much on diets and such not familiar on anything to do with them really.  So I guess the real question is how would you explain the Keto Diet to a Kindergartner? 

I'm not sure I'll have very useful comments, they will probably mostly be questions.
