I was doing intermittent fasting during my younger days. Now that I am in my 40s I started getting severe headaches during intermittent fasting days. My sugar levels are a bit high although not diagnosed as diabetic.
Has anyone else also had this problem? What do you guys do to prevent or get relief when this happens ?
