疼痛会导致高血压吗?

自从车祸导致头部受伤,左眼失明后,我就一直饱受偏头痛的折磨。我曾多次因此去急诊室就诊。每次偏头痛发作时,我的血压都会很高。当医生治疗我的头痛时,我的血压会下降一些,虽然不能完全降下来,但至少不会那么高了。然而,当医生治疗血压时,头痛却依然存在。我看过的医生总是要花六个月的时间才能控制住我的血压,即使我抱怨头痛也是如此。他们尝试了各种不同的药物,但都无济于事,我的血压始终无法降到160以下。我认为他们应该同时治疗疼痛和血压,但我毕竟是人,他们是医生。
