求求你们了！谁来帮帮我！我刚得了重感冒，鼻子疼得要命，呼吸困难，睡不着觉！而且来得真不是时候，我刚开始……月度我感冒很严重。还有！我女儿周一开学，我们明天早上见她的老师。我感觉很煎熬，用了面部除湿器想把汗都挤出来，一直蜷缩着，太累了！我还吃了感冒药。平时我也用蜂蜜加热水漱口。

Can you get a saline nose spray? I find it really helps clear the sinuses and you can do it as often as you need to. It always helps me
