观看广告后未收到双倍奖励的问题

尊敬的 Cashwalk 支持团队,

 

我最近为了获得双倍奖励而观看了应用内广告。然而,看完整个广告后,我并没有收到承诺的双倍奖励。

 

能否请您调查一下这个问题,并告诉我为什么奖励没有发放?如果能发放缺失的奖励,或者解决这个问题,防止以后再次发生,我将不胜感激。

    The cashwalk customer support does not monitor the feeds. You would have to email them. They do take awhile to respond, if at all. So if they don't respond within a few days I have personally found that leaving a 1 star review on the playstore outlining what is going on is the fastest way to receive support.
