System Error - Didn't get the coins from lucky box

Due to system failure,

I didn't get the coins from lucky box as soon as time changed to 12am. Coin was spinning after watching the ad but "System failure" message popped up and stopped there like in the screen.

It could be 10,000 coins who knows.
