Empanada

Empanada is a Filipino dish in Ilocos Norte,Philippines. Wrapped in an orange-colored rice flour(dough) that ia deep fried, consist of green papaya, monggo beans, egg and longganisa which make it special. Additionally,it can be eaten with ketchup and Ilocos Spicy Vinegar that blends in perfectly.
