Daily rewards issue

I hv experienced by opening the daily rewards and always got stuck after watching the ad and can't get back to the Home Screen and reward points not applied.  Tried to refresh my device and repeating the same process still stuck.  Can you advise what happened to it or the app issue to be fixed?
