对 Cashwalk 感到愤怒……

怒火中烧🤬

我在使用应用程序、评论、图片、游戏、奖励等方面遇到了一些小故障,所以大约一周都没有上线,希望问题能够得到解决,因为我花了太多时间尝试做事/完成挑战等。

决定今晚去看看情况是否有所好转,除非我从头开始,否则无法再回去😡

我丢失了价值 40 英镑的奖励卡,还有我盒子里的硬币……😭

此外,我的标签页中只显示了大约一周的评论和帖子,但我已经完成了 3 个 Mingle 活动、3 个 Sky Gazing 挑战和几个其他小挑战,但什么也没有显示...🤔

然而,我的所有详细信息仍然相同且正确,无需我填写任何内容......

今天已经两次向“支持”发送消息,但尚未收到任何回复🧐🙄

    Can you log out and log back in to your app? Hopefully you get your coins back.

      Yes have done 3 times over 24 hours and no difference...
      Got a reply back from Customer Service 😲😲, and all they said was ' if you logged in with original email and on usual SNR channel, then everything will be there still...
      But definitely not 🤬🤬

      ...and all cards were downloaded in my rewards 🤬
