Sprained knee.

Have I graduated to adulthood officially? Eye trouble without real issues but loads at the same time. Tendinitis in both feet, in two spots and now, knees? Had to buy my first compression sleeve and yes, it helped. Am I dying not walking 10k plus a day, YES. :(
