No, I've been using since September 2023. That's my first redemption in October. 'Processing' goes to the top of the list, i guess

Apparently it is happening to people in the UK. I have seen posts from others members saying this. I made a post about this in Tuesday.. I got my gift card instantly.. but others are getting that messages and the are all from the UK..

Yikes! Thank you for the info. I think I'll try to find the post(s). Wondering if it's any gift card, or Amazon. Or maybe I'll go ahead and contact their support. I don't mind waiting, just would like to have a better understanding of how long and why.
